If You Have an Issue or Concern:
We want every family to feel supported. If you experience any type of issue, please follow this process:
- Start by discussing the issue with your coaches.
- If the problem is not resolved, reach out to your division commissioner.
- If it still has not been addressed, contact the BYBSA President, Vice President, or Sport Director.
You may also email benbrookyouth@yahoo.com at any time.
During home games, there will always be a Member on Duty in or around the concession stand who can assist you. Their contact information will also be posted at the concession stand during their shift.
Fundraisers:
BYBSA will have several fundraisers this spring season. More information will be shared once the season starts.
OTHER SPECIAL NOTES TO PARENTS & COACHES:
- If there aren't enough teams in a division to play only home games then your team may need to travel to surrounding facilities to compete with other organizations known as BYBSA interlock group.
- When registering you will also have to provide a headshot photo and birth certificate for your kid.
Policy Updates and Reminders:
Rainout Policy – To accommodate rainouts, we will schedule more than 8, but only games that drop your total below 8 will be rescheduled.
Example: If 4 out of 12 scheduled games are rained out, no makeups will be added. If 5 are canceled, only 1 will be made up.
Depending on how many rainouts, the season could be extended till May 31, 2026.
Any cancellations that need to be made up will be in the next available week or two if fields are playable.
Concession Stand – This season teams will continue to select their own shifts.
Please note: The revenue generated by the concession stand on game days is a major source of income for BYBSA, and allows us to keep the registration fees at a minimum; however, we need help to run the concession stand. For that reason, each TEAM will be responsible for providing volunteers to help with the concession stand during the season. Coaches will be provided with a list of dates and times, and must ensure that at least 3 adult volunteers are present for the concession stand shift. Volunteers at other times are always welcome and greatly appreciated. If a team is no show, the head coach will be suspended for 3 games.
