What aged players are appropriate for this program?

3 year old - 14 year old Boys and Girls.

What time of the year does this program run?

Registration Closes on July 24th.

First day of games on September 6th and will run thru November 1st.

Where are practices and games typically held?

At BYBSA fields/Dutch Branch Park. Some age groups may have to travel to other cities for interlock games. Practice location is up to head coach.

SPECIAL NOTE TO PARENTS & COACHES:

The revenue generated by the concession stand on game days is a major source of income for BYBSA, and allows us to keep the registration fees at a minimum; however, we need help to run the concession stand. For that reason, each TEAM will be responsible for providing volunteers to help with the concession stand during the season. Coaches will be provided with a list of dates and times, and must ensure that at least 3 adult volunteers are present for the concession stand shift. Volunteers at other times are always welcome and greatly appreciated. If a team is no show, the head coach will be suspended for 3 games.

If we don’t have enough kids in each division your team may need to travel to surrounding fields to compete with other organizations.

When registering you will also have to provide a headshot photo and birth certificate for your kid.

How many games will they play? What days of the week?

Teams are guaranteed 8 games, that will be played on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays. Make up games can be played any day of the week.

Are jerseys provided or are they purchased separately?

BYBSA will provide jerseys and caps. Coaches are responsible for ordering everything.
